Hi, I'm Tanika Hall. I own a home in Georgia and I rent out a property here too. I've also dealt with an HOA.
Most of the work of owning property isn't hard. The hard part is the deadlines: the homestead exemption, the assessment notice and its 45-day appeal window, the insurance renewal, the escrow letter, the lease renewal, the HOA's yearly filing. Most of them show up once a year, which is exactly why they're easy to miss. Missing one costs money.
For more than 14 years I've built data and reporting systems for hospitals and health systems. HomeDue is that habit pointed at my own property: one place that knows what's due, when and why.
