Terms
Effective 17 October 2026. These terms cover use of homedue.ai and anything you reserve or buy on it. The HomeDue service itself will carry its own service terms when it launches.
What this site is
homedue.ai is a pre-launch page for HomeDue, a tool that organizes dates from property documents. It offers a waitlist, a reservation for the HOA board plan and a downloadable spreadsheet.
Reservations for the board plan
- Reserving a founding board seat saves a card with Stripe. No charge is made at reservation.
- We will email you at least 7 days before the first charge. You may cancel at any time before that email's date with no charge, and at any time after by email or through the Stripe billing link; cancellation stops future monthly charges.
- Founding pricing of $29 per month is held for 24 months from first charge for seats reserved before launch.
- If HomeDue does not launch by 31 March 2027, every reservation is released and no card is charged.
Digital products
The Property Obligations Calendar is a spreadsheet delivered by download. It is licensed for your own household or association, not for resale or redistribution. Because it is a digital file, refunds are given within 14 days of purchase if it does not work in your software or is not as described; email us and we will refund through the platform you bought on.
Not advice
HomeDue organizes dates from documents you provide. Nothing on this site or in the spreadsheet is legal, tax, insurance, accounting or financial advice, and the dates and rule sets supplied are general starting points you must check against your own documents and your county, state and association rules. Decisions about payments, filings and coverage remain yours.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, scan or attempt to break the site, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access for abuse.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nika S Home Goods LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the spreadsheet, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts for Cobb County, Georgia, unless a consumer protection law in your state gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
