Privacy Policy
Effective 17 October 2026. HomeDue is operated by Nika S Home Goods LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we"). This policy covers homedue.ai and the domains that forward to it.
What we collect
- Waitlist and board reservations. Your email address, the role you select, and, if you reserve a board seat, your name and a payment card. The card is collected and stored by Stripe; we never see the full card number.
- Purchases. If you buy the Property Obligations Calendar, the sale runs through Payhip or Etsy under their terms. We receive your email and order details.
- Site analytics. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the page (clicks, scrolling, page views) in a form that does not identify you by name. Clarity sets cookies. See Cookies.
- Email you send us. Whatever you include in a message to hello@homedue.ai.
This page does not accept property documents. When the HomeDue product launches, documents you upload will be covered by a separate product privacy notice you will see before uploading anything.
How we use it
- To tell you when the plan you joined the waitlist for is open, and to charge a reserved board seat only at launch, after notice to you.
- To deliver a product you bought and send its updates.
- To understand which parts of the page are unclear and improve it.
- To answer your messages.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Each provider is bound by its own terms and a data processing agreement where offered. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) are kept by the host for security for up to 30 days.
Cookies
The page itself sets no cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets analytics cookies (first party, named with a _clck or _clsk prefix) that last up to one year. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the page works without them. If you are in a state that gives you the right to opt out of tracking, see the next section.
Your rights, and Do Not Sell or Share
We do not sell personal information. Sharing analytics data with Microsoft Clarity may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising purposes under some state laws even though we run no advertising with it. To opt out, email hello@homedue.ai with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share", or turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with privacy laws may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them, to receive a copy of it, or to limit its use. Email the address above; we will confirm your request within 10 days and complete it within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
HomeDue is offered to residents of the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or from residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until the plan launches and for 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe. Reservation and purchase records for 7 years for tax purposes. Analytics data for 13 months. Messages for as long as needed to answer them, then deleted within 12 months.
Security
The site is static, runs over HTTPS and stores nothing itself. Payment data lives only with Stripe. Email lists live only with MailerLite behind two-factor authentication. If a breach affecting your information ever occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
